Travel PACU RN - $2,149 per week

About the role

LifePoint is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Somerset, Kentucky. The assignment is 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12‑hour day shifts. Additional details about patient mix (ICU, infants, children, elderly, etc.) will be discussed during the interview call.

Schedule

• Shift: 8:30 AM‑9:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
• Weekend hours: At least once, possibly twice during the 13‑week period (dates to be coordinated)
• Call requirements: 11 PM‑7 AM call every other week, on a day the nurse works (e.g., Tuesday) to allow recovery on Wednesday

Requirements

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum 2+ years of PACU experience, with ability to recover and hold ventilator patients
• Float requirement: Pre‑op/PACU

Pay

The agency does not provide travel pay or room and board; instead, a weekly stipend is offered to maximize weekly earnings.
