MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week assignment in Sioux City, Iowa. The role involves working 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, starting October 12, 2026, with a top healthcare client.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in recovering from anesthesia and monitor them as they wake from surgery until discharge or transfer to a floor.
• Provide care for post‑operative patients recovering from general, regional, or local anesthesia, serving both inpatients and outpatients according to their needs.
• Monitor, assess, intervene, and continuously reassess patients to ensure diligent postoperative care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care PACU setting.
