About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Newton, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition following anesthesia
- Manage pain and administer medications as ordered
- Collaborate with surgical team and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Schedule
- 13-week duration
- 36 hours per week
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Night shifts
- Varied start time (days and evenings)
- Up to 3 call shifts in 6 weeks
Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
