Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
  • Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed

Requirements

  • Completion of accredited PTA program
  • Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
  • WA PTA licensure/certification
  • First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended

Pay

$1,702.53 - $1,755.19 / week

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • 26-week assignment
