About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Salem, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical equipment.
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
