Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid and active physical therapy assistant license, one year of experience, location in or able to work in Seattle, Washington, and relevant licensure or certification as specified
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred

• Credentialing Requirements: Contract QA requirements must be met; candidates should complete documentation outside of the clearance packet before starting, with the possibility of starting with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. No compact licenses are accepted for this position.
