About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic procedures
- Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through exercise and education
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
