Travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,420 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through education and encouragement
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida
• At least one year of relevant experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Skills

• Proficient in using medical terminology and understanding anatomy and physiology
• Knowledgeable in treatment modalities and techniques used in physical therapy
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
