About the role
Travel Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient therapy. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services, incorporating organizational vision, values, and goals into job performance.
- Deliver quality care during assigned shifts and ensure patient progress.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, implement therapy interventions, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent outpatient physical therapy experience
- Current or in-process licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of outpatient therapy practices
- Ability to work independently and adhere to organizational standards
