Outpatient Physical Therapist Assignment Duration
This is a long-term assignment with an expected start date of ASAP. Schedule
This position offers a shift of 5x8.0 hours, equating to 40 hours per week.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
- Utilize clinical reasoning to develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs and goals, as well as physician directives.
- Document all medical records in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
- Ensure care aligns with physician orders and insurance approvals.
- Participate in the educational development of students under supervision.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
- Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure.
- Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Active CPR certification.
- CURRENT and RELEVANT state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous assignments with the agency or Select Medical are highly desired.
