About the role
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to manage treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement therapy plans to promote positive patient outcomes
- Provide quality care during 8-hour days
Requirements
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Active state physical therapy license
- At least one year of recent outpatient experience
- Completion of drug and background screenings
- Supervisory professional references
