About the Role

As a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to promote mobility and function.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote mobility and function
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License required to practice
• BLS Certification may be required
