About the role
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) providing orthopedic care in Olympia, WA.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct one-on-one patient sessions without aides or double bookings, treating a diverse age range from students to geriatrics
- Provide outpatient therapy over 10-hour, weekday shifts, focusing on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, patient care, and teamwork
- Maintain high standards of care and documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Washington PT license
- Orthopedic experience required
- New graduates welcome
- At least one professional reference
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and work independently
- Passionate about outpatient orthopedic therapy
- Capable of working independently
