We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and educate patients to restore physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
- Designing individualized treatment plans
- Documenting patient progress
- Providing education on home exercises
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska PT license
- At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- No significant gaps in work history

Schedule
40 hours per week, day shifts, travel basis.
