Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,870 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 12, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through education and motivation
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
