Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,587 per week
About the role
A great outpatient facility in Moscow, Idaho is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract position starting immediately. The position involves working under the supervision of Registered or Licensed Physical Therapists, providing physical therapy services including massages, electrical stimulation, and other treatments.
Responsibilities
- Use physical treatment procedures to help improve mobility and relieve pain and disability caused by disease or injury.
- Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
Requirements
- Earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or actively pursuing licensure.
- CPR certification.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience or be newly graduated as a Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA. Must be able to provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
Skills
Proficiency in using physical treatment procedures, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
