Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,420 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in St. Augustine, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic procedures.
• Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through exercise and education.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficient in using medical terminology and understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
