Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,812 per week

Nightingale Nurses - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Onancock, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in a U.S. state or territory.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Skills

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning.
