Requirements

• Active PT license required; compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained during assignment
• South Carolina assignments require a full state license to start (no compact)
• Licenses required if applicable
• Experience in the outpatient setting required
• One professional reference required
• SSN required for consideration
