Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active NV Physical Therapist license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full NV state licensure during the assignment
• License required if applicable
• SSN required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Qualifications

Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
