Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,520 per week

Reliant Staffing Partners is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Buckeye, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems such as NextGen.
• Ability to work flexible hours including 4x10 shifts.
• Pass required certifications (BLS/BCLS).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• License: Current Physical Therapy license in Arizona.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
