Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,500 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
