Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,555 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Lincoln City, Oregon. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with various physical impairments
• Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
