About the role

This is a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Baltimore, MD. The assignment is 26 weeks long, with a start date of 09/14/2026, and requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,445.69 - $2,521.33 per week
