Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,350 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Springfield, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year full-time PT Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Vermont.
• Passing scores on relevant national certification exams (if required).

Pay

• Pay rate range: $46.20 - $54.60 per hour.
• Pay is dependent on seniority and other factors.

Schedule
