Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,350 per week

Schedule

Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona license
• BLS certification
• Cerner electronic medical record experience
• No minimum experience required (0 years minimum)
• Experience in rehab, skilled nursing unit (SNU), and acute care settings

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
