Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document medical records accurately and timely.
- Support student clinical programs with appropriate supervision.
- Evaluate, mentor, or manage student learning objectives.
- Maintain licensure in good standing and adhere to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrate behavior aligned with professional conduct, safety protocols, and organizational values, including quality improvement and safety awareness.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Orthopedic experience.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
