Job Summary

A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient care is needed in Festus, Missouri. The position involves providing outpatient therapy services within a multidisciplinary department that also offers occupational and speech therapy. The role requires candidates to bring their licensed physical therapist license to the first day and offers an opportunity to work with adult patients primarily diagnosed with orthopedic, surgical, pain management, neurological, or sports medicine conditions. Job Details

• Location: Festus, Missouri
• Shift: Days, 5x8 hours shifts, with a total of 40 hours per week
• Schedule: 10 hours shift hours, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri, with 1+ years of experience

Additional Information

• Post-evaluation responsibilities include performing initial assessments and developing plans of care following physician orders in accordance with departmental policies and standards of care.
• Treatment sessions are 60 minutes for evaluations, with 30-minute treatment sessions, tailored as needed based on patient requirements.
• All therapy is conducted on a one-to-one basis, with no double booking of patients or therapy technicians.
• Productivity goal is 80% patient care time per shift.
• The department is supportive and welcoming, with a mix of new graduates and experienced therapists.

Pay Package
