Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy: from an accredited school
• Active/Applicable License: for the State of Iowa
• CPR Certification:
• Experience: 0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient Clinical Experience: 1+ year
• Previous Assignment: with the organization or agency is highly desirable

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
