About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Pasadena, Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
  • Perform physical therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and communicate with medical staff

Requirements

  • Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Maryland
  • At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling

Skills

  • Knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and modalities
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
