Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,306 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Stayton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organization skills.
