About the role
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Clinic Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Boston, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist License / Certification.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using clinical software.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Experience with patient education and discharge planning.

Pay
- $2,560 - $2,883 per week.
