Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- Provide services under an AM shift, 8 hours per day
- Use InSync as the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full AZ state licensure during the assignment
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration
