About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Decatur, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
- Treat patients with a variety of conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions using InSync EMR
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start of assignment, but full AL state license must be obtained during assignment
- Professional reference required for consideration
- Experience with InSync EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
