- Outpatient setting with 1:1 appointment scheduling
- 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute appointment times
- 30-day notice required
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
