Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,281 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Buckeye, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
