Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,229 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026 in Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of recent Allied Health experience in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Pass required background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Comprehensive knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care.
