About the role
Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026, in Payson, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, 4-5 days a week.
- Supervise professional references.
Requirements
- Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
- Active State License
- One year of recent experience in Outpatient

Pay
