Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Payson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
