Required Qualifications
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Valid license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient physical therapy services
- Covering designated outpatient areas
- Receiving orientation from the Rehab Director during the first 2 days
Patient Volume
Approximately 9-10 patients treated per day with 45-minute appointments
Additional Information
- The assignment includes assistance from 2 full-time rehab aides on the floor
- The role requires a flexible schedule within business hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirements
- The dress code is smart casual to business casual, with clean tennis shoes permitted

Pay Package
