Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,135 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Huntington, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and occur 5 days a week.
