Job Details
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active applicable licensure for the state of Ohio
- No prior agency assignment required
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired
