About the role

We are seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in New Bern, North Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

Pay

$2,062.68 - $2,126.47 per week

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• On-site in an outpatient setting
