Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Hackensack, New Jersey. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring a safe and effective return to community activities. Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and creates individualized treatment plans focused on patient progression towards discharge within established time frames.
• Ensures documentation is accurate, timely, and complies with all regulations.
• Participates in student mentorship and maintains professional licensure and development.
• Adheres to regulatory and organizational standards for safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
• At least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Active and applicable license for New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Successful completion of prior assignments with your agency or with the organization.
• Preferred: Previous experience with the organization.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
