About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Slayton, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
- Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with medical records policies
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon
- At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software used for patient documentation and scheduling
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centered care

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
