A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Puyallup, WA. This assignment is for 16 weeks and the setting is Outpatient. Pay of $2006 may be adjusted based on experience. The clinic offers 1 on 1 patient care and high rates of extensions for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
