About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Treatment of patients with a variety of conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress using EPIC EMR.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and effectively.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
