Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Hueytown, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with various physical conditions
- Assessment and planning of treatment programs
- Documentation in EPIC EMR
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
