Job Summary
The outpatient physical therapist position is located in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement. Job Details
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
CPR certification
Active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed
Able to complete initial and ongoing assignments
Strong documentation skills
Adherence to all regulatory and organizational standards
Preferred Qualifications
Previous assignment with the organization or its agency, demonstrating familiarity with clinical and operational standards
Additional certifications or specialized training relevant to outpatient therapy
Additional Information
The role requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, documenting clinical activities accurately and timely, participating in student education programs, and maintaining professional licensure and continuous education
The therapist must follow organizational performance improvement initiatives and demonstrate safety awareness in all aspects of care delivery
