Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Develop and implement treatment goals and plans.
- Document all clinical activities compliant with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
- Participate in student training and pursue ongoing professional development.
- Comply with licensing and continuing education requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness in all aspects of patient and staff interactions.
- Demonstrate professional behavior aligned with the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Uphold safety standards, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School.
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- CPR Certification.
- Active and applicable license for the State of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to perform job functions in accordance with population served criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful previous assignment with your agency.
- Previous completion of assignments with the organization (highly desired).
Schedule
- Days, 8-hour shifts.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Starting on 08/10/2026.
